Karlstadt admits students of genuine intellectual ability and theological seriousness from every nation. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with three intake cycles per year.

Four Steps to Enrollment
Submit Application
Complete the online application form, upload all required documents, and pay the non-refundable application fee of $75.
Academic Review
The Admissions Committee reviews all applications within 4–6 weeks. Shortlisted applicants for doctoral programs will be invited to an interview.
Admission Decision
Successful applicants receive a formal offer letter with program details, tuition schedule, and enrollment instructions.
Enrollment & Orientation
Accepted students complete enrollment, access the learning management system, and attend the online orientation program before their first semester begins.

Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition is charged per credit hour. All fees are in USD. Karlstadt is committed to making elite theological education financially accessible.
Financial Aid
Merit scholarships, need-based grants, and the Karlstadt Global Scholarship Fund are available to qualified applicants. Up to 50% tuition reduction is available for students from qualifying low-income countries.
